At Stuart Wheeldon Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
30-Day Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and may cover return postage costs where applicable.
